CPAC Part 2: CPAC 2020

Part 2: CPAC 2020

CPAC 2020 begins on the 2nd floor, right outside the Chesapeke rooms and the Potomac Ballroom.

The slogan this year: America vs. Socialism. They really made an effort to mention that at many speeches/introductions.

If you turn around, you can head down radio row.

A wild Gorka appears! (Charlie Kirk too!)

Move a little further down the Radio Row and see...

...A BASED TRANNY!
Nick Fuentes said in a livestream that a lot of the groypers hung out at Trump's Hotel when there was nothing else to do, so he ended up actually talking to Lady Maga.
Lady Maga had a 10-minute conversation with Nick. Props to him for that. I wonder why normiecons can't handle talking to WNs, but people like Lady Maga can.

Lady Maga said he opposed Nick being deplatformed from Youtube. "I don't think you're a bad guy."

One of the days at CPAC, I got in a conversation with a guy, and then he started talking about the "White supremacist" Nick Fuentes. I pretended not to know who Nick was, and asked, "Isn't Fuentes a Hispanic name?" Also, the next day I was standing against a wall on my phone, tweeting racisms, and a journalist, presumably because I'm a young White male alone on my phone, came up and started asking me if I knew anything about Nick Fuentes, Michelle Malkin, or AFPAC.

Even at CPAC, people are talking about WNs and AFPAC. The topic arose without me even having to say anything at all about it.

A third guy even asked me if I heard about "a smaller conference later," but that was because I implied I was WN friendly.

So, moving back to radio row....
Image
You might even find a "J-CPAC" on Radio Row (No, it's not what you're thinking. It's Japanese CPAC.)

If you turn around, you can enter the Potomac Ballroom.

Image
The Bronze ticket-holders had a new balcony thingy on the far side of the room.
Image
There are also a huge thing in the center for media and more people. Dumb idea. It blocked a ton of the view.

If you go back to the Welcome sign and head a different way, you'll see a set of escalators taking you down to the first floor. Nothing's really on it, besides the media registration (and the lobby if you can find it; it's not obviously apparent where it is; you really have to go looking for it). If you go down one more escalator, you'll see this on the Atrium floor (The brick floor, fountain, and restaurants are a 30-second walk in the opposite direction from here).

Image
CPAC Hub, CPAC Central, CPAC Exhibit Hall, or whatever they're calling it nowadays.

Image
You walk in and see registration, plus Eric Bolling getting upset about the hotel being on lockdown because of Pence speaking directly upstairs in the Potomac Ballroom.

If you head left, you'll come to the CPAC Swag Bag Shoppe. Usually CPAC gives full bags of goodies to attendees, but now they let them choose which "swag" they want. Very good change!

Yes, I got 2 free books

More freebies:
Chapstick
Political Pins
Frisbees
Bumper stickers
Phone camera covers
Golf balls
Tissues
Pocket Constitutions
and BOOKS!!!

(25 seconds)

At the end of the Shoppe is this sign...

...and then this little hallway, which leads into the main area of the Hub, with all the sponsors.

(23 seconds)

They was a large Asian presence at the CPAC, considering there was the aforementioned Japanese CPAC, and a Korean CPAC as well:

Honorary conservatives!

TPUSA's booth was by far the most busy booth, consistently.

There was even representation from Canada, haha

Image
It was a sort of vacation/tour guide through Canada. They paid $28,000 for this booth, if you can believe it.

Like the long hallway where we entered, there's a long hallway where we leave... except it's the vendor booths, where they're selling all their products. All attendees were forced to walk down the "vendor hall" in order to leave CPAC Central.

"Stronger than hate"
It was some gypsy-looking guy selling this.

Image
These were $20, with 50% going to Nikki's 2024 campaign.
I can't believe these idiots. So many people were buying these. In his speech, Scott Greer says
that neocons can't wait for Trump to be out of office so Nikki can be the next Republican president.

Image
This was the coolest vendor booth, but they didn't even sell one hammock. F
They paid $2,400 to set up there, not counting travel costs.

That first night, Wednesday, they served food for the general attendees, first time ever I think. Pretty cool. Tortillas and different meat concoctions to fill them with. Plus hummus, chips, and an assortment of dips. There's ALWAYS hummus at CPAC. I wonder why?

Nikki Haley drew a crowd that first night.

Also, that first day I walked by Scott Presler about 5 times in 3 hours. He had only moved about 50 feet because there was always a crowd of 5~ people around him.

CPAC started on Wednesday 12pm~6pm (a new half day they added a few years back). Then it was on Thursday 8am~6pm, Friday 8am~6pm, and Saturday (another half day from 8am~3pm).

Over those 4 days, I saw about 5 people who were taller than me.

Might have to end it

I watched 20 hours of CPAC speeches when I got home, and here are the most notable parts, in my opinion. (I don't expect you to watch them all.) Sorry for the low quality, but Blogger didn't seem to want to upload larger videos.

Glenn Beck rails against Bernie Bros, says they will cause the next Holodomor or Holocaust (38 seconds)

Marsha Blackburn, Joni Ernst, and Katie Pavlich discussed Female Genital Mutilation, a "human rights violation" on "the most vulnerable among us" that "we should not allow in the US." Is this a step toward a CPAC panel being against male genital mutilation? (67 seconds)

Diamond and Silk don't think Bernie can create jobs (23 seconds)

Among other things, Nigel Farage encouraged the crowd to support Bernie for the nominee (to make Trump winning easier), Louis Gomert says he's not racist and that Hispanics have a God-fearing culture, Candace Owens declares there will be a "Blexit" from the Democratic Party in 2020, and there was, at least, a panel on sanctuary cities and putting Citizens First:

Image
That's it. THERE WAS ESSENTIALLY NO TALK OF IMMIGRATION, AT ALL.

The most pro-White speaker seemed to be Matt Gaetz, who explicitly called out people buying off politicians. He hit on a couple topics that we WNs care about, but he was boring for the most part, unlike his appearances on TV. His speech was 10 minutes. Here's just a quick clip: (25 seconds)

Lately, CPAC has become a bit boring for me, considering I've been there so many years, and they always talk about the same things. And now they've been banning WNs. Maybe that's why Gaetz kept a quiet tone.

The best part of CPAC is either seeing the "far right" speakers, like Marion Maréchal-le Pen, Ann Coulter, Eduardo Bolsonaro, and Michelle Malkin, or seeing WNs hanging out all while normiecons don't even notice what's going on right under their noses. But the media then accuses Marion or others of racism, and then it doesn't look like CPAC will ever invite them back.

2017 was cool, seeing Richard Spencer, Evan McLaren, and others. 2018 was cool with Patrick Casey and Nick Fuentes, and I think Peter Brimelow was there that year too. 2020 was cool seeing Vincent James, and Nick Fuentes and the "gang" from AFPAC. I think I saw Dave Reilly, but I'm not sure. I wasn't familiar with him until the week of CPAC.

One hilarious thing that a WN did was seemingly sneak in some WN material into CPAC, tricking TPUSA members into handing it out. Epic troll!:

When it comes to seeing or meeting WNs at CPAC, sadly this has to now be done covertly, either after CPAC has finished and is closing up, or you have to just go out to a nearby restaurant and hope that you see WNs there. CPAC even kicked out Owen Shroyer, Jacob Wohl, and Gavin McInnes. I wonder if they'd kick out Ann Coulter if she tried to attend the conference.

It's been a long time since PJW got a nod from me. This was nice of him.
